The Dolphin's Eye was started in 1989
What is your primary product or service?
I produce nautical fine art prints using archival pigments on watercolor paper and canvas.
Note cards of my work are also available. My portfolio has over 90 images. About one third of my portfolio
is limited edition for an investment you can enjoy every day. Open edition prints offer real value.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
After a successful career in another area, I was frustrated that the designs I produced were outdated in 10 years.
I decided to focus on my interest in art so I could produce images that could be viewed in a thousand years,
not because I expected anyone to look at them 1000 years from now, but because I feel there is an intrinsic goodness in working on the timeless.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
As a sailor, I spend a lot of time sailing on the ocean, cruising along the coast and walking upon remote islands..My work tends to be peaceful, playful and meaningful; it tells stories.

My work has appeared in galleries and museum stores around New England. Clients include interior designers,
